Talk Things Through is a private service, offered so that you can talk about your life, your problems, a situation or choices that you’re facing. It’s a way of talking with someone, confidentially, about the things that are on your mind, those things that matter most to you and that you find yourself thinking about.

Why

Talking about a problem with a trusted friend can be very useful to help us understand what we truly want and to help make decisions about what to do. Talking to someone who is a good listener and who has a wealth of experience and knowledge can be even better.

Everyone needs someone to speak to in confidence, who is available and who doesn’t judge. Sometimes we need to speak to someone who has some separation from a situation we’re facing. This service regularly helps people to move from feeling frustrated, confused or upset to having a deep sense of peace and true happiness.

How

This might be a service that you use on just a few occasions, on a regular basis, or just when it’s needed. You use the service for your reasons, in your way.

The service is run by one person, Jason Foster. Jason has the knowledge to help you. If needed, Jason has a wide knowledge of health and wellbeing methods, systems and practices to suit you. You can decide what you want and need.
